Pet Policy
We at Alpha Houses and Condos are extremely pet friendly, and will allow any pet to stay with their loving owner in our premises. NOTICE: If the pet is irritating or harming other inhabitants, it will be taken away.
Firearm Policy
Alpha Houses and Condos understands that some users may feel the need to protect themselves from danger in Identity. That is why we will allow our Inhabitants to store legal firearms in their homes. NOTICE: These firearms should only be used in cases of extreme situations, and will be taken away if used inappropriately.
Alcohol Policy
At Alpha Houses and Condos, will allow the light use of alcohol in our presences. NOTICE: If a resident is irritating or harming other inhabitants because of heavy drinking, their drinking privilege will be taken away.
Health and Safety Policy
Alpha Houses and Condos gives its residents serious attention when it comes to health and safety. That is why will have direct communications with the local Hospitals, Police Department, and Fire Department in Identity.
Security Policy
Some of our residents may feel the need for privacy. We at Alpha Houses and Condos understand that and we give our residents access to multiple security companies. NOTICE: If a resident is reported doing suspicious activities, their residence will be thoroughly searched.
